Srinagar: Three JeM militants has been killed and one Solider injured in an encounter with security forces in Astan Mohalla Kangan area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday morning
Official sources told GMK that, Three JeM militants has been killed. while as the identity of a slain militant was being ascertained.
“One army soldier was also injured,” official sources said.
Earlier reports said that on a tip off about the presence of militants, a joint team of Army’s 55RR (Rashtriya Rifles), Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir police and 183BN CRPF launched a joint search operation in Astan Mohalla Kangan area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday morning
Meanwhile authorities have suspended internet services in area as a precautionary measure in wake of this encounter.
Till this report was filed, the operation was going on in the area.
