Srinagar: Two unidentified militants have been killed in an ongoing operation by security forces in Wanpora area of Qaimoh belt in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Saturday.
Sources told GMK that, Two militant has been killed so far, while as the identity of a slain militants was being ascertained.
Earlier reports said that on a tip off about the presence of militants, a joint team of Army’s 1-RR (Rashtriya Rifles), Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir police and CRPF launched a joint search operation in Wanpora area of Qaimoh Kulgam district on Saturday morning.

Meanwhile authorities suspended internet services in area as a precautionary measure in wake of this encounter.
