Jammu: The armies of India and Pakistan exchanged firing along Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch on Monday evening.

Official sources said that, Pakistan Army on Monday resorted to intense firing on forward posts of Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, drawing befitting retaliation from the Indian Army.
He said the Indian Army retaliated befittingly and cross-border firing between the two sides was going on when last reports were received.
However, there was no immediate report of any casualty, he said.
