Gunfight breaks out in Srinagar

Srinagar– A gunfight broke out between militants and government forces in Nawakadal area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Tuesday morning.

Reports said that a joint team of Police and CRPF launched cordon search operation in Nawakadal.

As the joint team of forces approached towards the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon them, triggering an encounter.
