Suspended J-K police officer Davinder Singh granted bail

New Delhi: Suspended J-K police officer Davinder Singh granted bail in terror case after Delhi Police fails to file charge sheet in time, PTI quoting his lawyer reported.

Earlier, Singh and another accused in the case — Irfan Shafi Mir — moved the applications seeking statutory bail, claiming that the charge sheet was not filed within requisite 90 days period, as prescribed under law.
