Indo-Pak armies exchange  firing across LoC in Poonch

Jammu : Indo-Pak armies on saturday exchanged  firing across the Line of Control  in Poonch district.

Official sources said that pakistani troops restored to intense firing from across the krini sector and was retaliated befittingly by the Indian Army.

They said  that the firing from small arms across the border started around 10:00 am in Kirni sector on saturday.

The unprovoked ceasefire violation was initiated by Pakistan and the cross-border firing between the two sides.

Meanwhile, the firing was going on when the reports last came in.
