Srinagar: A fierce gunfight has resumed in Sugoo village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district, few hours after three militants were killed on Wednesday.

Official sources were quoted as saying by local news agency GNS, that as the a joint team of police, CRPF and army started searches after lull following early morning gun battle, there was fresh firing from the militants hiding in the vast orchard. When this report was filed, the firefight was going on
