Baramulla man dies of Covid-19, second death in a day, J-K toll rises to 65

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir on wednesday evening recorded fresh death due to the deadly disease (Covid-19) as a 70-year-old- from Khanpora Baramulla died at SMHS hospital Srinagar

Health officials told GMK that a resident of Khanpora had bilateral pneumonia. “He was admitted to SMHS hospital Srinagar on June 15 and died today.

He became the 12th Baramulla resident and 65th in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

With this fresh death the total death toll due to Covid-19 in Jammu and Kashmir rose to 65.
