Another Srinagar patient loses COVID-19 battle, J-K toll reaches 36

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir on friday morning recorded fresh death due to deadly virus (COVID-19) as 65-year-old women from Batamaloo area of Srinagar died here in Srinagar hospital.

MS SMHS Hosptial said, the woman was suffering from many ailments and her samples returned positive for COVID-19 Yesterday.

With her death, she became the nineth Srinagar resident and 36th in the Jammu and Kashmir to succumb to the virus.

With this fresh death the total death toll due to COVID-19 in Jammu and Kashmir rose to 36.
