Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir on friday morning recorded fresh death due to the deadly virus (COVID-19) as 15 days old baby from Bemina Srinagar died here at Srinagar hospital.

MS SKIMS, Dr Farooq Jan said, that a 15-day-old baby’s swab sample of the baby was taken on June 16 and it returned positive for the virus next day and a case of aortic stenosis with CCF, he died in the Infectious Disease Block at 10:55 a.m
He became the 19th Srinagar resident and 75rd in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
With this fresh death the total death toll due to COVID-19 in Jammu and Kashmir rose to 75
