Wild Chimpanzee caught in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal

The local residents in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal on Tuesday caught a wild Chimpanzee.

As per the reports, the locals of Wangat village of the district spotted a Chimpanzee roaming around the area.

The locals after founding Chimpanzee immediately informed wildlife department. After which the wildlife department reached the spot and caught the animal.

A wildlife official said that the Chimpanzee was shifted to Dachigam National Park.
