Devotees on Monday night observed Shab-e-Qadar, the night of power and blessings, across Kashmir Valley with Hazratbal Shrine on the banks of Dal Lake here — witnessing the largest congregation of devotees. Dargah Hazratbal and other mosques and shrines across the valley were brimming with devout Muslims.
