Waseem Rizvi converts to Hinduism, wants to be cremated after death

Shia Central Waqf Board chairman Waseem Rizvi has quit Islam and converted to Hinduism, reports said.

According to reports, the former UP Shia Central Waqf Board chief was converted to Hinduism by Mahant Narasimha Ananda Sarawati of the Dasna temple in Ghaziabad.

Earlier, Rizvi had moved the Supreme Court appealing it to remove 26 verses of the Quran saying that they promote terrorism and jihad. The apex court had dismissed the petition saying it is “absolutely frivolous”.
