Two women killed in hit-and-run case in Baramulla village

Srinagar: Two women were killed after being hit by a vehicle in Rafiabad area of Baramulla district on Tuesday.

The duo womens as per the police have been identified as Saleema Begum and Fatima wife, both residents of Wagay Mohalla Hadipora.

Police said that, after the accident, the driver of the vehicle escaped from the spot.

“FIR under relevant sections of law has been registered and investigations has been taken up,” the official said.
