Two non-locals shot at in south Kashmir, hospitalised: Police

Two non-locals injured as suspected militants fire upon them in Lal Chowk area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

A senior police officer stated that militants fired upon two non-locals this evening.

Both victims were promptly taken to a nearby hospital, and their condition is reported as stable. However, their identities have not been disclosed as of the time of filing this report.

Meanwhile, security forces have cordoned off the entire area in an effort to apprehend the attackers. (GNS)
