Srinagar: Kashmir Valley reported two more deaths due to covid-19, taking the fatality count due to the virus in J&K to 151, health officials said on Thursday.
Among them, a 60-year-old woman from Mamoosa village of Baramulla died at CD hospital, one of the exclusive facilities for the management of the covid-19 patients in the Valley, while another, a 80-year-old woman from Natipora passed away at SMHS.
The 60-year-old, a resident of Mamoosa area of the northern Kashmir district who passed away at CD Hospital, was admitted on 29 June after testing positive for deadly virus, and died on Thursday, health officials said.
While as, a woman from Natipora was admitted in at SMHS with bilateral pneumonia, and she died on Thursday morning, health officials said.
With the deaths, 151 people have succumbed to the virus in J&K.
