Three year old boy dies after drowning in water tub

A 3-year-old body died after he drowned in a water tub in Muqama locality of Kralgund in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Monday.

As per reports, a 3-year-old boy identified as Mohammed Saudais, son of Altaf Ahmad Baba from Muqam Kralgund, fell into the water tub outside his home and drowned.

However he was immediately referred to a nearby hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.

Meanwhile, a pall of gloom descended in the village after the news of his death spread. (KNS)
