A teenager from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir was repatriated after he inadvertently crossed into Indian territory in Poonch district on June 9.

Officials said that the boy, identified as Javid Ali, son of Mohd Sharaz and a resident of Tetrinote Mohallah Jabri in PoK, was repatriated today after he was apprehended by the army while crossing the Poonch River near village Salotri in Haveli tehsil.

He was handed over to authorities for further processing before being repatriated. (GNS)
