A seventeen-year-old boy committed suicide on Monday evening by hanging himself to death in Rezan area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday.

Official sources told Good Morning Kashmir that the boy identified as Irshad Ahmad son of Mohammad Younus hanged himself on Thursday at his home in Rezan area of the district.

They said that he was immediately rushed to nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
Meanwhile, local police has taken cognizance of the incident and started investigation into the matter.
