Teacher convicted in rape case

A court in south Kashmir on Monday convicted a teacher for rape of a 8th-class student in 2015.

Reports said that the accused identified Mohammad Maqbool Ganie son of Mohammad Anwar Ganie a resident of D. k Pora Shopian was the victim’s teacher and had committed the crime in 2015.
