Government has ordered transfer of 27 officers including Dr. Raghav Langer (IAS), Divisional Commissioner Jammu, and several Deputy Commissioners in the interest of administration with immediate effect.
According to a government order, Dr. Raghav Langer (IAS; UD:2009), Divisional Commissioner Jammu, holding additional charge of Additional Chief Executive Officer, Jammu Metropolitan Region Development Authority, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, relieving Zubair Ahmad, JKAS, Commissioner/Secretary Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs of the additional charge of the post.
Ms. Sushma Chauhan, IAS (AGMUT:2009), presently on leave, shall report in the General Administration Department after availing leave, the order, a copy of which lies with a local news agency reads.
Bhupinder Kumar, IAS, (AGMUT:2011), Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, has been transferred and posted as Transport Commissioner, J&K.
