We initially read these texts with vast interest. No doubt we feel dynamic after going through these books however that energy prevails for a very limited time. At the end of the day we students feel emptiness and lack of satisfaction; the reason is these books only address the strategies of materialistic things that how we attain the goals that are materialistic oriented. These books significantly abstain from the diet for the spiritual growth of the individual. Second, by reading these books we place ourselves in the design that is discussed in these books and want to address our problems through the lens of the author.

For Muslim University going students the best book on the planet is the noble Quran and this noble book is the epitome of knowledge. The book of guidance for the entire mankind. This is the book that is present at every Muslim house but the need of the hour is to connect ourselves with this book to solve all the matters of life. As a student when we read this noble book we find sustainable motivation for its readers with deep insights about all the creation with pondering examples and stories.
The present easy shed light on three life-changing words these are mentioned below:
- Tawakkul
- Sabr
- Shukr
These above words have fabulous energy when we practice them in our daily life not only practice but implement their important purpose in our daily life. It is guaranteed that by implementing the message of these words we feel better and peaceful. There is a need to teach the buds the genuine meaning and right use of these noble words. In areas like Kashmir that is the area torn by violence and conflict. In this situation, there is a peak of stress among the natives. This has been reported in many studies as the high prevalence of stress among the natives of the Valley. These three noble words are wonderful tools to tackle a bad situation constructively. The first word is Tawakkul’s strong belief in the oneness of Allah and the belief that everything is written and the belief in destiny. Nobody has the power to harm us besides Allah. Everything happens by the will of Allah.
We being the creation we need to do Duwa for the better hereafter. Strong belief in the creator has a lot of physiological positive outcomes. The strong believer never gets frustrated by the things that happen around him because the strong believer knows this world is nothing but just like a rented house for some days. Real-life is the life of the hereafter. Therefore we need to teach the coming buds the relevance of these noble words. Sabr Patience besides the tool of Duwa Sabar Patience is another tool used by all the Prophets peace be upon them during their times against hardships and difficult situations. If we look at the present times the Muslims all over the world are facing a tough time and great hardships with mighty challenges in every walk of life. The need of the hour is to implement this tool in our daily life and focus on the good things with a positive mindset. Some of our brothers use the tag of victim mentality and react to the present conditions without knowing the actual situation. This all reactive behavior leads to negative results. Living in the thinking pattern of victim mentality also reduces the ability to think of new ideas and this victim behavior acts as rusting to the cells of creativity. The noble Quran also instructs us that don’t react immediately to any news. First verify the news then take a decision or comment. In all these situations the tool of patience plays a constructive role and by adapting this tool human beings develop good mitigation apparatus against the crises that are on the way. The patience tool also makes the Islamic immune system very much strong. It has also relevance in education too particularly the students that are residing in the conflict zones of the world. Along with the IQ, the other parameters that need to be polished and made active among these students are the Patience Quotient, Emotional intelligence Quotient, and social intelligence quotient. By cultivating and polishing the Patience quotient the children of the conflict could easily tackle the challenges that are faced by these in the violence-torn environment. This also could help them to convert the challenges into opportunities. For this, there is a need to organize the workshops in the schools to cultivate these above-mentioned quotients in the children.

It removes the negative emotions like anger, jealousy, and negativity compared with others. It is medicine for all the negative emotions that are created by the uncertainty factors in our uncontrolled environment. As a Muslim we must be the thankful first the creator that has created us as the best species among all species on the planet with wonderful brain and intellect. We must also be thankful for all those things that have been given to us. This gratitude habit increases productivity in our daily work and we felt very much satisfied and feel mentally calm. This calmness increases our intellectual peace and by this, we proceed towards new notions and goals. On the other hand, the person who has a habit of ingratitude and attitude remains in a mess with full negative emotions and remains significantly stagnant in the work.
