Power of Believing in Yourself

When all is said and nothing is done, did you say more or did you do more? There are those who have an excellent speech, but the action is lost during the speech. Being in line with the expression that actually represents your action is a privilege for few. Because between what is known and what is done, there is a great distance. There is always an immense repertoire of justification to explain inaction.

Depression, anxiety, lack of cooperation, pandemic, fear. The secret truth is that “whoever does it, does it, whoever does not want an excuse”. There is an effort, an investment of energy and time management for us to carry out everyday actions.

Therefore, many times, our attitudes are not consistent with what we say. Whoever has an organized mind, will have an organized house, will render a service well done, and will have as a reward, a life with positive results. Even if you are a carrier of some syndrome, disorder, or illness, there is always some treatment or medication that is able to improve your general condition, in most cases. Eliminating certain people from our lives brings more light than eliminating pounds. Sometimes, I stop and think about the many things I keep and don’t use, whether clothes, books, or objects.

Funny how I still resist letting go of certain things and I think that happens to everyone: keeping useless trinkets, without knowing the reason for it. Maybe I do this because I feel things very strongly and it seems that everything in itself carries an emotional value. It’s like I look at the object and come back all over again. It’s as if everything I’ve lived with him has returned, inside me, with him by my side. I keep many memories and always return, in mind, to the moments that built my journey. So I end up thinking that what stayed inside can go away along with things. And, perhaps for that same reason, I also used to be very attached to people.

Something important that we should start doing today is to reflect on the number of times we justify ourselves to others. If you justify yourself in excess to fall into inconsistencies, suffering, and unnecessary costs. You are your own judge. I strive to be a better person every day! But there are people who insist on getting worse every day. Our choices and positions regarding life, define who we are. There are people who choose to be better each day, and others who choose to be worse. Everything in life is a matter of choice. In life, we try to choose the position that best defines us and that will make us more comfortable.

The moment we live in today is perfect for definitions. The global social situation and the way we act before it show our essence. Every day my concern is to change small things, to change small habits that make my world a better place. I believe that by improving myself and doing my best in everything I do, I can contribute so that the world also becomes a little better, based on my actions. The moment asks us to be in solidarity, so that we stop thinking only about ourselves and our own benefit, only, and that we can look at the whole, in a global way, thinking about what will be better for the world, and for everyone else who lives in it.It saddens me to know that unfortunately this is not thought and an awareness shared by everyone. There are many people who are unable to disconnect from their selfish individualism. There are many people who cannot put themselves in the other’s shoes and, consequently, cannot see the other’s needs. With time and practice, it becomes routine, and this daily improvement starts to be done naturally. Being a better person does not necessarily mean just being charitable. Being a better person means giving our patience to others, listening, and advising.

Being a better person means sharing, not just material goods but something more important like knowledge, culture, good feelings, and thoughts. Being a better person means giving and absorbing others, and rising, each day, to a level in our learning, which will lead to an improvement of our being. If we can understand this truth and get rid of this relationship of just wanting to take from the world, and not wanting to return anything in return, we will all be able to lead a more solitary life, a life in which we will know the true value of sharing. A life that is governed by the lines of wisdom, justice, and altruism is a fuller, happier, more satisfying life. We all win, not just a few! This is the way.We are always faced with the opportunity to change, and there are millions of possibilities at our disposal, even in the face of the most challenging of events. But for this, it is necessary to want with all your strength to align your speech with your attitudes and seek at all times to leave the current state for the desired state. Bringing about this change is always an act, a decision, which requires action. Having positive attitudes is to create movement, to change the route of events.Life is indeed demanding of us a lot, but if we develop two main characteristics: courage and discipline, significant changes will come in tow. We need the courage to change and a lot of discipline to stay in that change. Start with simple things: Get up and make your bed. The satisfaction of performing the first task of the morning will create a chain of desire for new small accomplishments. Set a routine of small daily goals.

Life is made up of days, a day well lived, at the end of a month, will give you a healthy routine that will result in a life well lived. Be more in action than speech. Speech are words that express thoughts, actions are acts that materialize desire There are people who talk a lot and do nothing! Prefer to be that person who does everything he can and only say what he really did and makes a difference in your life and that can make a difference in other people’s lives too. judgments and verbal manipulations can lead to a place of suffering that is difficult to leave. The best thing we should do for our mental health is to seek support from the truth, in what we are really doing, without this looking inside, it is impossible to achieve a change that will lead us to live a life with more meaning. There are people who talk a lot and do nothing. Be the one that talks only about what you do. Your attitudes say more than any beautiful word you say. I stopped giving explanations to those who only understand what they want. Do not give explanations for everything you do: it’s a source of unnecessary stress.

There is no need to justify the way you are to those who already judge you just by being different, and unique. Who loves you, respects you. Therefore, avoid falling into the culture of “what you will say” and protect your privacy, your essence. Something that characterizes today’s society is that there are standards for everything from physical appearance, to what is considered “biologically” normal, such as getting married, having children, etc. Social and even family pressure often force us to have to explain everything we do (or choose not to do). Practice personal freedom and the art of assertiveness. Stop giving explanations about everything you do: those who love you do not need it and who do not respect you will understand what you want.
