Ladakh: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday arrived in Leh days after Indo-China clash on June 15 clash in the Galwan Valley, Eastern Ladakh, Line of Actual Control (LAC).
Modi is accompanied by Chief of Defence Staff Bipin Rawat and Army Chief General MM Naravane for the unannounced visit. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has not gone along with the PM to take stock at the forward locations.
As per sources, the Prime Minister is expected to visit army forward locations amid India-China tension at the border.
