Bandi Bala residents demand proper drainage system
We, the residents of Bandi Bala area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, want to bring to the notice of concerned authorities that our area lacks a proper drainage system. We face tremendous hardships because of this and when it rains, the residents have to tread into muddy waters and it becomes especially difficult for old aged residents and children. We now request Deputy Commissioner Baramulla to look into the matter and resolve our grievance at the earliest.

Dog terror
We the residents of Gund Ibrahim Village of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district want to bring to the notice of concerned authorities that the population of dogs has increased in our area, which is posing threat to people, particularly children. A 12-year-old kid was injured in a dog attack on Tuesday, which is the third attack in a month. From Gund Ibrahim to Singhpora, we always spot a large pack of dogs. As a result, people fear to move out of their houses after dusk. The local municipality has failed to take any action in this regard. We once again request Deputy Commissioner Baramulla to please look into the matter.
