Srinagar: Peoples Democratic Party Youth Wing President, Waheed Ur Rehman Parra was arrested by National Investigation agency [NIA] in New Delhi on Wednesday.

Sources in NIA said, Parra was questioned since morning in the New Delhi office of NIA and now he has been formally arrested.

Since Monday, National Investigation Agency (NIA) was questioning Parra in connection with the DySp Devender Singh and Hizbul Mujahideen commander Naveed Babu’s arrest case, in New Delhi.
Devender Singh, along with Hizbul Mujahideen commander Naveed Babu besides a lawyer were arrested while travelling in a vehicle from Srinagar to Jammu on January 19, this year.
