It is foolish to argue for a change in faith over time. Faith never changes. So in the name of creative liberty, stop beating the drums of freedom of expression. Ramayana and Mahabharata are our cultural and religious heritage. Lord Shri Ram and Lord Shri Krishna are our most revered Gods and other characters associated with them are also exemplary and worshipable to us. We do not accept any changes related to them. We are immensely proud of the characters of our past and the values they have established.

At times it seems that ridiculing Hindu gods and goddesses, making fun of Sanatan Dharma, and portraying gods and goddesses in a wrong way has become a part of the new trend. Those who do this feel that they are looking very cool by doing all this. In the name of freedom of speech, sometimes in the name of religious freedom, or in the name of freedom of art, Hindu gods and goddesses are often ridiculed. After all, how long will Hinduism and deities be insulted for cheap publicity? Another question arises where do people get so much courage? Now a question came to my mind if there were gods or gurus of any other religion, could they also be ridiculed in the same way? This is not the first case of ridiculing Hindu deities.
We have kept our silence on the jokes that are being made about the deities of the Hindu religion on social media, TV, and other forums every day. It’s not that we don’t feel bad. We just think that someone else will oppose it. It is a matter of thinking that what is the feeling of a person who mocks any religion. The truth is that many people in Hinduism target you themselves. Will creativity win over facts? We’ve got the confused ecosystem of the U.S. Where it is difficult to separate right from wrong and good from bad. The answer is very simple; Creativity can be involved in a field that does not seek to change the aspects and principles of religion. Creativity can be used both ways – to do harm or to do good. Creative works that hurt society are discouraged and should be openly rejected and include excessive depravity in films that are fictional and not related to real events and women as “objects”. depicting in, promoting alcoholism and adultery, etc.
The main issue is that today we are not able to differentiate between the “responsibilities” of creative artists and those who can be punished if they violate these responsibilities. But it should be done according to the legal process. A democratic state cannot openly advocate for restrictions or restrictions on any intellectual property of its citizens. The challenge is to protect the rights of all artists and writers, while equally penalizing them for trying to influence society. The creators have become greedy and are ready to cross the border with Hinduism and take freedom.
Why freedom of expression for only one religion? If someone says something about any other religion, then the head is separated from the body, why is this a double standard? In a democratic country where everyone is equal, everyone has the freedom to protest constitutionally. It is right to kill someone in the middle of the road or protest in a democratic way. When Ramanand Sagar aired the Ramayana on TV, the majority of the society of this country welcomed it with an open mind, no one opposed it.
