Nowgam attack: Two cops killed, another wounded

Srinagar: Two cops were killed after suspected militants on Friday fired upon a police party near Nowgam bypass area of Srinagar district.

“Three police personnel (were) injured. They were shifted to hospital for treatment where 02 among them attained #martyrdom,” Tweeted Kashmir Police.

Meanwhile, the security forces have cordoned off the area to nab the attackers.
