The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday visited the site of the terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district that left five army soldiers dead and two injured yesterday.

It is learnt that a specialised team of the Central agency led by a Deputy Inspector General as well as a Superintendent of Police rank officer will be monitoring the findings of the visit to the site, reported news agency ANI.
On Thursday afternoon, five Army personnel were killed while two others were injured in the forest area of Dera ki Gali in Poonch district after two Army vehicles were ambushed by heavily armed terrorists.
