Nowadays parents provide unlimited facilities to children. They sacrifice their own comfort and luxury just to see their kids happy. Moms and dads never have time for themselves. Their whole life revolves around the happiness of kids. Apart from food, clothing, education, and other assets moral values are taught to children every day. Parents show us how to live life correctly. It is we who chose to fall into dishonesty, unkindness, envy, and other evils. It is a dream of every parent to watch their kids becoming good human beings and offering better things to society. In our valley teenagers are putting down the image of their parents. Instead of dumping the evils, they are inclined towards wrongness. In modern Kashmir, children are doing things their own way. From eating to greeting they lack proper etiquette. They don’t feel a need of asking permission from elders. It is hard to believe that many boys and girls vent anger or smash their parents when they try to stop them. That is why they are getting involved in heinous crimes. Young boys and girls consume drugs and smoke openly on the streets. Some attempt thefts and murders. We often notice teenagers misbehaving inside and outside homes. When a group of teenagers goes for outings, they play high music, drive fast, and in fact, shout on roads disturbing the public. This makes them feel superior but in reality, their upbringing is questioned by people. Sometimes innocent parents are not even aware of what their children are doing outside. We always blame moms but the bitter truth is that they have no control over them. Children don’t listen and ignore what parents have to say. They play games on cell phones 24/7 but when it comes to studying, these spoiled brats take it for granted. Earlier also a mother was killed by her own son because she stopped him from doing evil things. This is what parents receive in return for the sacrifices they made for their whole life. It is high time for teenagers to know the difference between good and bad. They need to realize things their parents have done for them and are still struggling to give more to their kids. Do not embarrass the parents no matter how the situation is. It is a moral responsibility to make parents proud by following the right path. Society must be also careful and keep an eye on the behavior of children around them. A child is the future of every nation. Children must give a thought before doing anything wrong. In fact, boys and girls must preach good things to each other and stay away from evil. We request teenagers to concentrate on academics and extracurricular activities so that they excel in different fields. Teenagers must not cross the line and make sure to follow the guidelines of elders to make their future bright and happy.
