The users from the area said that the poor internet connotation has resulted in immense hardships to the people especially the student community, as there is need of mobile tower for the area.
“The authorities need to understand our plight,” said Tariq Ahmad “We appeal to Lt Governor administration to intervene in the matter so that students of this area don’t remain aloof to the digital era,” added Ahmad.
The users said that the officials are paying no heed over the sufferings of people. “We approached the concerned officials personally or by media highlights several times and urged them to redress our grievances but unfortunately nothing has been done in this regard,” they added.
They later urged the higher ups to look into the matter and redress their genuine grievances at earliest so that the users there could feel a sigh of relief.
