Jammu and Kashmir reported 273 fresh covid-19 cases while there were two deaths due to the virus during the last 24 hours, officials said on Monday.
They said that 34 cases were reported from Jammu division and 239 from Kashmir Valley, taking the overall tally to 474055. Among the cases, 173090 are from Jammu division and 300965 from Kashmir Valley.
Providing district wise details of the cases, they said, Jammu reported 39 cases, Udhampur 5, Rajouri 2, Doda 2, Kathua 1, Samba 0, Kishtwar 2, Poonch 3, Ramban 4, Reasi 0, Srinagar 129, Baramulla 130, Budgam 58, Pulwama 12, Kupwara 80, Anantnag 60, Bandipora 8, Ganderbal 9, Kulgam 16 and Shopian 3.
Quoting officials news agency GNS there was no new confirmed case of mucormycosis (black fungus) reported today. So far 51 black fungus cases have been confirmed in J&K, the officials said. Also 35824 doses of covid-19 vaccine were administered in J&K during the time, they added.
