Internet services snapped in Budgam

Srinagar: Mobile Internet services were suspended in central Kashmir’s Budgam district following the killing of a civilian in Kawoosa area today morning.

The cellular companies snapped the Internet at Wednesday (Today) afternoon after a directive from the police. “The service was immediately suspended as a precautionary measure following the death of a civilian,” said an official.

Earlier, today morning, a civilian was killed after forces fired at him near Kawoosa village of Narbal area of the district.
