The people said that unscheduled power cuts not only irks the general public, the students who are preparing for different examinations are badly suffering. “How can they read, how can they complete their syllabus and they prepare themselves for examination, when there is shortage of electricity in our area,” a local resident, Fayaz Ahmad told Good Morning Kashmir.

The people have demanded the Lt Governor’s administration and senior officials of the concerned department to take immediate steps to improve the power supply in their area, so that people could not suffer more.
