The residents of Gutlibagh area in Ganderbal district are up in arms against the authorities for dilapidated condition of the road.
Locals said that the road which has been constructed by JKPDC for the hydro electric project Ganderbal is hiding away from the responsibility.
The road in our village is in bad condition and the administration is sleeping, said a resident Zubair Ahmad.
“The road is badly damaged and that rainfall leaves no way for us to walk on as long strips of numerous roads turn into heaps of mud. The dilapidated road poses a risk of accidents and gets waterlogged after every rainfall, ” Zubair said.
