Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla will on Monday (Today) chair a meeting at the UN Security Council on the situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian question, as part of wrap-up sessions of India’s month-long presidency of the Security Council.
On Sunday, India’s Permanent Representative to the UN T S Tirumurti received the Foreign Secretary in New York.

After the engagements in New York, the Foreign Secretary will go to Washington DC for bilateral consultations.
