Forces launch searches in Kulgam village

Government forces launched a cordon-and-search-operation (CASO) in a village in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday.

Reports said a joint team of army’s RR, SOG and CRPF launched a search operation in Danew area of the district.

An official said that the CASO was launched following inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
