Forces launch searches in Ganderbal village

Government forces launched a cordon-and-search-operation (CASO) in a village in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday.

Reports said a joint team of army’s RR, SOG and CRPF launched a CASO in Behama Chowk area of the district.

An official said that the CASO was launched following inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
