Internet is the most commonly used service nowadays. People from almost every walk of life are now familiar with internet that has now made our life very fast and easy. As compared to olden times when there was no internet usage, it has been noticed that life has become easy in many ways due to the internet, whether acquiring information about or collecting tickets across the global internet take few moments to furnish these jobs.

However internet has become a part and parcel of daily life still we have to maintain a proper usage of internet. After all our body needs to exert in such a way that no harm should be experienced by it. While using internet some people have been noticed to engage and absorb themselves in it that they hardly remain aware with their surroundings. Excess use of internet including all cell phones and computer harm our eyes badly.Such situations have developed a new kind of syndrome related to our eyes.

While using internet we should maintain a timetable and make it possible for the eyes and brain to get adequate rest so that no stress and syndromes are developed in our body. On one hand where internet is very beneficial and important facility to a man. Excess use of its also affects it’s economy badly. Most of those people have become extravagant towards the use of internet and use all kinds of websites which are not compulsory or relevant to them in any case.

The expenditure on internet facility has become the prime factor in some families where other important aspects of life are hardly cared about. While using internet either on computer or mobile we should maintain a gap of the device on the eye in a perfect way to soothe our eyes. The gap should at least 25-30 inches. The device should be placed at a height in such a way that our eyes do not need to incline its vision for most. Mostly the devices should be placed on the table a little lower than the height of eyes. The screen of the device must be given a big area as the concentration over two little areas like cell phones develop stress and strain over our eyes. Never use a computer or a cell phone while lying or sitting backward or sleeping.

During these postures, the body is unable to keep the proper distance and proper angle of vision which are beneficial to our health. Internet should be used in such a way that it has taken us far from our social lives. Many persons among youth have been noticed to scroll their mobiles up and down while sitting in the company of others without taking any care of social and moral views. Internet has taken us too far from our social life. Internet is a small part of our life so don’t make it the centre of your life. Children must not use excessive cell phones, it can prove to be dangerous at times.
