The residents of Bahrampora – Kunzer area in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district Tuesday accused private telecom operators Jio and Airtel of poor voice calls and mobile internet service.
The subscribers told Good Morning Kashmir that they were facing immense problems due to erratic calling and poor internet services in their area.
“We are unable to Contact our nears and dears as every time we dial the contact number, the network comes busy or calls are automatically disconnected after minutes conversation’ said Hashim Magray, a resident of village Bahrampora.

“We have to move out in fields, sometimes outside village to make call which is sheer injustice with us.” he said
“We several times approached the Jio as well Airtel authorities for upgrading the signal so that people may get relief but despite the passage of months nothing has been done to redress our grievances,” said Mushtaq Wani, a local.
Meanwhile, the residents appeal to the authorities of both Cellular Companies to set up towers in their village to get mobile connectivity.
