Srinagar: Unknown gunmen shot at and injured a candidate of Apni Party contesting DDC polls in south Kashmir’s Kokernag area.
Official sources told Good Morning Kashmir that Anees Ahmad, affiliated with Altar Bukhari’s Apni Party was shot at and injured in Sagam area of Anantnag district.

Anees as per the official was immediately rushed to SDH Kokernag for treatment.
The official further said that the tarea has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
