The role of the administration here is to ensure people through print media that whatever is destined, or to put it more appropriately, whatever amount has been promised by the centre government will reach them. Why is that the people intuit that if they do not visit banks the amount may be squandered away from their accounts? Why enough confidence is not instilled in them by the administration? There seems to be a clear communication gap.

The banks also seem to be under-prepared to meet rush of people. They lack the requisite people skills and lack public handling techniques.

The way people are queuing up (or just crowding up) at these bank branches is a serious concern. The current establishment needs to ensure that people stay at homes and at the same time they are counselled properly that what is due on them will reach them.
