Only 48 COVID-19 ICU beds are now left for critical patients, according to the data showed by the official Delhi COVID website.
At 2300 hrs, the website (http:corona.delhi.gov.in) data showed that a total of 2,802 COVID-19 beds were available while only 48 COVID-19 ICU beds vacant.

Out of the total 17,772 COVID beds, 14,970 are currently occupied whereas of 4,160 ICU beds, 4112 are full.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, earlier in the day, averred that the COVID situation has worsened in the national capital and there is a dire need for oxygen cylinders and beds, as the cases have risen exponentially in the past few days.
He also wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and urged him to reserve 7,000 of 10,000 beds available in central governments hospitals for the COVID-infected patients.
