Srinagar: Six more people died in Kashmir valley due to the deadly virus (COVID-19) on Thursday, thus taking the total toll of fatalities to 285 in Jammu and Kashmir UT.
Health officials said that, all deaths occurred at Shere Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura.

“Among the six, three are the residents of Srinagar City, which include, 86-year-old man from Batamaloo, 52-year-old from Zoonimar, and third one a 40-year-old from Habba Kadal,” said a health official.
The other trio deaths according to him include, 70-year-old woman from north Kashmir’s Uri, 46-year-old women from Kupwara district, and a non-local from Kerela.
With these six deaths, 285 people died so far due this deadly virus in Jammu and Kashmir UT.
