A condolence meeting was convened by the Artists Collective Guild to mourn the passing of the mother of its Vice President, Shahid Latief. The solemn gathering was chaired by Ajeaz Rah, President of the Guild, at the organization’s headquarters.
During the proceedings, heartfelt prayers were offered for the departed soul, followed by the observance of a two-minute silence as a mark of respect. The members in attendance expressed profound sorrow and grief over the irreparable loss. They prayed to Allah Almighty to grant the deceased the highest abode in Jannat-ul-Firdous and to bestow patience and fortitude upon the bereaved family to bear this immense loss.
The condolence meeting witnessed a significant turnout of senior members, including Shahzad Shabir, Shahid Malik, Mohd Yousuf Mir, Tarooq Lolapuri, Showkat Magray, Khursheed Mir, Mir Sarwer, Mehraj Bazaz, and Zahoor Zaidi.
The participants extended their deepest condolences to Shahid Latief and Gul Riyaz, expressing solidarity with the family during this difficult time. Prayers were also offered for the forgiveness and eternal peace of the deceased.
The gathering concluded with a collective prayer, “May Allah Almighty grant the deceased Jannat-ul-Firdous and give the bereaved family Sabr-e-Jameel. Ameen, Summa Ameen.”
