The students of Bachelors in Multimedia and Mass Communication (BMMMC) 6th semester batch 2017 at Govt Degree College Baramulla affiliated to University of Kashmir have alleged that the question paper— Public Relations (PRD616) —held today, was out of syllabus and appealed to varsity authorities to take note of the matter.
