Fruits play an important role in building our bodies in a very proper and effective way. Today, we are observing that there is a huge rush of patients in the hospitals, private clinics, and pharmaceutical shops. Patients are coming to doctors and complaining that they are suffering from different ailments like high blood pressure, cholesterol, fatty liver, stomach aches, and most of them are complaining that they are having general body aches and other related issues. Getting ill is normal and a quite simple natural process, but it is alarming that today doctors are diagnosing lethal diseases among the youth. Our youth develop breathing issues due to smoking and stomach-related problems as they are eating unhealthy and unhygienic junk food in a very good quantity and most of the time avoid home-cooked food.

One thing that is very impressive and appreciated is that the concerned food safety department has sealed a large number of hotels, etc., that provide unhygienic and unhealthy food to their customers and at the same time cautioned the hoteliers to provide hygienic and properly cooked food to their customers so that they will not get sick and keep away from the lethal diseases that are threatening their lives.
