Srinagar: An army soldier was critically injured in an accidental fire in north Bandipora district on Sunday.
An official said that an army man of 27-RR deployed at Aloosa area of the district got bullet injury. He said the army man suffered injuries due to accidental fire from his own service rifle.

The official also said that the injured army man was immediately evacuated to Army’s 92 base hospital for treatment.
A police official also confirmed the incident and said the injured army man is presently undergoing treatment.
