Srinagar: Ahead of the August 5, the authorities here in Summer capital have imposed strict curfew and have also blocked roads leading to the houses of Kashmiri politicians.
Official sourced informed Good Morning Kashmir that, few politicians have been directed to stay indoors.
Vice President, ANCc, Muzafar Shah’s house has also been blocked, outside MLA Hostel.

Shah said that, he has been informed by Security Staff that Khalida Shah, Mustafa Kamal and I cannot leave from our houses on August 04, 05 .
On Monday, the district administration Srinagar ordered two days curfew ahead of the first anniversary of the revocation of Jammu and Kashmir’s special status under Article 370.
The order claimed that violent protests had been planned against the abrogation of the Constitutional provision that provided special status to Jammu and Kashmir.
On August 5, 2019, the BJP government revoked Article 370, Article 35(A) amid unprecedented communication blockade, strict curfew and arrests of thousands of people including three former chief ministers.
