A 23 Year-old Cricketer died on spot after he was hit by cricket ball while playing in Narbal area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday.

A senior police officer was quoted as saying by news agency GNS that around 2:30 pm one person namely Firdous Ahmad Dar resident of Syed pora Narbal while playing cricket was hit by a cricket ball on his chest, this resulted his onspot death.
Meanwhile a case has been registered in this regard and investigation has been taken up, the officer added.
